Return & Exchange Policy

At Arbian Scent, your satisfaction is our priority. If a fragrance does not meet your expectations, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Eligibility
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
• Perfume bottles must contain at least 95% of the original product.
• Samples and testers are non‑returnable.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with labels and protective seals intact.
• Returns are valid if:
       
  The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
  
  The product received does not match your order quantity.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at arbianscent@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. Once approved by our customer support team, kindly ship the parcel to: Arbian Scent, Comm. Plot# 16, WCHS, Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 4, Karachi.
3. Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Processing Time

• Returns are processed within 5–7 working days of receipt.
• During peak periods, processing may take up to 14 working days.
