Order Confirmation
- Once you place an order, you will receive an invoice and tracking number via WhatsApp and email.
- Cash‑on‑Delivery orders must be confirmed within 3 days, otherwise they will be cancelled.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders before processing due to stock unavailability, pricing, or technical errors.
Domestic Delivery
- Standard Delivery Time : 5–7 working days.
- Delivery charges: PKR 300.
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 3000.
International Delivery
- Standard Delivery Time : 10–15 working days..
- Free shipping on orders above USD 150 (Dubai only).
- Any applicable custom duties are payable by the customer at the time of delivery.
