Order Confirmation

• Once you place an order, you will receive an invoice and tracking number via WhatsApp and email.

• Cash‑on‑Delivery orders must be confirmed within 3 days, otherwise they will be cancelled.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders before processing due to stock unavailability, pricing, or technical errors.

Domestic Delivery

• Standard Delivery Time : 5–7 working days.

• Delivery charges: PKR 300.

• Free shipping on orders above PKR 3000.

International Delivery

• Standard Delivery Time : 10–15 working days..

• Free shipping on orders above USD 150 (Dubai only).

• Any applicable custom duties are payable by the customer at the time of delivery.
